How safe is my personal information?

We use the information we collect from you to process orders and to inform you about their progress. We will not sell, loan, or share any information regarding our classy customers to any third parties unrelated to www.hautehosiery.com or its affiliated companies.

 

What does it mean when an item is out of stock?

A new shipment arrives weekly with new styles along with our fabulous best sellers. However, some of our items may sell out and are no longer available. When an item is “Out of Stock,” it means that the item is not for sale at this time but has been reordered.

Can I receive notice when an item becomes available to purchase?

Yes. Please send us an email at hautehosiery@gmail.com. Include your name ,email address, telephone number and name of the item(s).

 

What sizes do you offer?

We offer two sizes for our hosiery. Please note the Leg’xurious and Sorority Inspired Collections do not contain as much spandex as the signature collection. These “hose are loyal” and are very durable. They conform to each individual body shape.

Regular is 5-5’10 & 100 to 200 pounds : Curvy is 5’-5’10 & 185 to 300 pounds
Materials are: 88% Nylon \12% Spandex

 

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your classy order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. Ordinarily there are no refunds on hosiery; however, we realize things do occur beyond our control. If this does happen simply return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a refund of the goods value or exchange it for something else. All returns should be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please include details of why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, state the product of the item you wish to receive. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof when returning items in case they get lost.

Can I cancel my order if it is not received in a timely manner?

If an order is not received within the 7 or 10 business days please contact the office first at 708-250-9302. We will strive to rectify any problems or issues prior to cancelling the order.

 

What are the various forms of payment?
Common side effects of furosemide are vomiting, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, skin rash. If any of these effects persists for a long time or the condition becomes uncontrolled, immediately consult a physician.

We currently accept payment via PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards. Please contact the office at 708-250-9302 in order to make special arrangements for International Orders.

 

Are your hosiery sold in other locations?

Yes. Our Signature Haute Fishnet Hosiery Collection is currently sold in several boutiques in the Chicagoland area, surrounding suburbs and out of state. We also have independent authorized agents that carry our product. Please visit the Exclusive Agents page to see a list of our top selling agents and their locations.

How can I become an authorized agent?

One must first meet the criteria of being a classy customer (make a purchase via the website). After being confirmed a customer, the initial form should be completed and can be found on the Exclusive Agents page. Upon receipt, an Authorized Agent Wholesale Package will be emailed.

 

How can I place a classy order?

*Contact the office at 708-250-9302 for all International orders and shipping rates.

All purchases can be made via the website. Choose your items, add said items to the cart, and complete your order by initiating payment.

Please note all orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Custom orders from the Leg’xurious and Sorority Inspired Collections are processed within 15 Days.

Can I track my classy order?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to the classy customer once the order has been shipped. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and will arrive within 2-3 days after leaving the post office. Arrangements can be made to expedite shipping by utilizing Federal Express.
